We loved the staff and facilities. The room was reasonably priced.
Shower pressure a little low. Maybe the street, it was noisy. Downside was the air conditioning which was not working.

great location to auckland airport, just 30 minutes by car. i liked the view from the room. lake pupuke is next to the hotel. parking was on-site and it was very convenient.
